Matt and Katie met as students at Ambassador Baptist College and were married in 2007. After working on staff at Ambassador Baptist College and serving in various ministries of their local church, Matt was ordained to the Gospel ministry and they began full-time deputation to take the Gospel to the people of Arctic Siberia.  They have been serving in Siberia since 2010.

Matt and Katie are commissioned and sent out of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kings Mountain, NC and are assisted by All Points Baptist Mission which is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church in New Philadelphia, OH.

The Lord has called them to a church-planting ministry among the peoples of the Arctic Regions of Siberia. Having completed language study and having served with an established ministry in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Russia, they have begun the long process of working in the remote regions of Siberia. Their hearts’ desire is to simply share the Gospel with those whom the Lord brings them into contact and assist in establishing local indigenous New Testament churches.

The Lord has opened the door for ministry in this forgotten area of the world, though it is not known for how long.  Every effort must be made to shine the light of the Gospel in these regions while this opportunity still lasts.
